Koch and Olson discussed hurdles that they faced while Petersburg created 19 residential lots during 2021-2020.

Hear the amazing story of how creative partnerships in the City of Plattsmouth saved the Historic Plattsmouth High School. The high school was build in 1918 and is an iconic historical monument on the main street of downtown Plattsmouth. Today the project is complete and is home to 25 units known as "The Lofts on Main".
