Mike Knutson, a Learning Network Orchestrator & Community Coach for Dakota Resources, presented about shaping a community by building networks. During this session, he discussed how many communities benefit from networking so that they can collaborate, discuss common problems, and ultimately learn for each other. Knutson shared about his experience working with communities and specifically shared a resource about how to prepare for networking events in three easy steps: getting ready, during the site visit, and reflecting & debriefing.
