Housing Study Lite: Opening Doors to Opportunities

“Housing Study Lite” developed as a response to the need some communities have for a continuum of options to complete a housing study prior to development.

  • Smaller communities have less capacity for complex studies
  • The study process often drains ongoing community energy and commitment
  • Launched in 2018 and has been used by communities and planning entities to facilitate the housing study process
  • Recognized by Department of Economic Development as fulfilling completion as a recent Housing Study for RWHF & NAHTF applications.
