During this webinar, two presenters discussed housing solutions with the Local Sales TAX LB 840. Lou Ann Tooker, the Director of Economic Development for the City of Atikinson, Nebraska, talked about the various spec houses that they were developing. Gary Person, the President and CEO of the North Platte Area Chamber and Development Corporation also discussed their housing phases to construct new homes in North Platte, Nebraska. During his talk, he shared why they weren't building, their analytics, and how the LB 840 Program worked for North Platte.
