Haase used her insights from these insights to discuss Don Parolek's Missing Middle, a response to the demand for walkable urban living. Topics discussed concerning housing today included: national gaps in single family & mid-rise multi-family housing, shortage of affordable/workforce housing, and causes for the housing crunch.
